Showing your property
- With a digital camera (if you don't have one yet borrow one) take up to ten pictures of your property. Use the lowest pixel setting on the camera. Most cameras have an e-mail setting. This is usually good enough. Take your pictures on a sunny day if possible. Usually mornings are best to shoot the east side of property looking west and evenings for shooting the west side looking east. You want the sun at your back not above or looking towards.
- Write a glowing detailed description of the whole property and a brief description for each picture.
- Upload your pictures and descriptions onto your propertywithaview.com site. (it is easy if you follow the detailed steps that are emailed to you when you sign up)
Marketing your property:
Now that you have a web-site address where people can view and read about your property 24/7, lets start showing it to potential buyers. When people search for property on the Internet, they will go to one of the search engines like Google and enter key words that best describe the property they want to purchase. If the sellers key words match the buyers defined key words the sellers ad will be shown. The beauty of advertising this way is that in most cases you only pay the search engine company if the potential buyer clicks on your ad using the key words that you defined. Most search engines use a bid system determining ad placement. You set an amount you want to pay for each key word or phrase.
