After paying the full amount for your marketing website you understand that it may take up to 48 hours to be completed, after we have received all the photos and written content from you. We can't start your site until you have given us all the information needed for the site. The cost for building you home page is $69.00 plus $10.00 for every additional page. The hosting fee is $5.95 per month until canceled. It's your job to cancel the hosting fee when your property sells. If the hosting fee is not paid, your site will not be shown on the Internet. When canceled, your site will run the remainder of the paid month. Once your site is finished, any changes that you want to make to your site will be billed at $20.00 per hour, with a minimum billing of $10.00. The domain name that we purchase for your site will be strategically chosen for its keywords. Don't expect anything fancy or creative in your domain name, because it will be chosen strictly for search engine optimization purposes only. When your property is sold, the domain name will remain in the possession of property with a view, so someone else can potentially use it. You will provide all the descriptions for each of your photos. The content that we put on your site may seem a little bit repetitious and redundant. The reason we do this is for search engine optimization. We may not catch all misspelled words, so if you find any, just email us an we will correct the spelling at no charge. We reserve the right to update you site at anytime or remove it for non payment, without any given notice. Your website does not come with any warranties or guarantees of performance.
